Regent Law came into being to answer the inaccessibility and impersonality of the typical law firm — multipartner, multistate, multiassociate, walnut-paneled operations whose capabilities may be deep but whose empathy for clients often runs shallow. Regent believes in a different model.
Our founders gained valuable knowledge and experience working for more “traditional” law firms but have chosen with Regent Law to peel away the layers of overhead and ostentation in favor of meaningful client engagement. We’ve chosen a modern shared workspace for our offices where the usual hierarchies, status titles and perks don’t exist. Without the weight of maintaining those obligations, Regent Law can be more nimble, responsive and engaged, allowing us to focus on what really matters — our clients and their needs.
Randall is a co-founder and managing partner of Regent Law. Randall helps real estate owners, entrepreneurs, startups, small businesses, developers, investors, landlords, tenants and lenders navigate the issues and considerations associated with residential and commercial real estate and general business law matters.
Kimberly is a North Carolina Bar Certified Paralegal with more than 9 years of experience across family law, real estate and estate planning practice areas. She graduated from Catawba College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and Central Piedmont Community College with an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies.
